Hi, I wanted to share this one Tim Ferriss talked about it on his podcast, and mixed with butter and mct oil its fantastic, helping me achieve great bs levels & stave off urges for snacking, good mental clarity too. Its a bit dear so probably wont keep on with it, but its nice to try it, would definately like to try and make my own somehow. Has anyone else tried it or have any thoughts on this and or bulletproof coffee? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. The potency of chaga mushroom tea and chaga freeze-dried extract may vary depending on various factors such as the concentration, processing method, and individual preferences.
Chaga mushroom tea is typically made by steeping dried chaga mushroom chunks or powder in hot water. This method allows for the extraction of compounds from the mushroom, but the concentration is generally lower compared to freeze-dried extract. As a result, the potency of chaga tea may be perceived as slightly lower.
On the other hand, chaga freeze-dried extract is made by removing the moisture from the mushroom to concentrate the beneficial compounds. This extraction method can yield a higher concentration of active constituents, potentially making the freeze-dried extract more potent.
However, it's essential to note that potency does not necessarily equate to effectiveness. Each form of chaga has its unique benefits and can provide various health effects.
